Excellent thermal eficiency, rot and mildew resistant, extrememly wind resistant and maintenance free.
The waterproof feature of the thatch reed depends on the installed angle - recommended +45 degrees to a minimum of 35.
The life expectancy of the reed averages 15 or more years in dry or interior conditions and 8 years in extremely wet external areas.
